HeartChat Guest users can login using the Guest Login panel available in the Login page. The chatter can choose a nick name and the room which they want to login from the login page. (Click here for English login or Arabic login)

HeartChat Operators can login using the Operator Login panel available in the Login page. The operator has to provide their operator nick, their password and choose the room which they want to login from the login page. (Click here for English login or Arabic login). The operator nick and the password are case sensitive. So, before contacting us for wrong password, please make sure that CAPS key is not pressed and you are typing the correct password.

The private login section contains login for the following sections

1. Member Area

Using the Member Area operators can login the Member area through which they can access the chat mails and other options related to the membership accounts.

2. Agent Area

This section is restricted for the agents of the HeartChat. Using this section they can create new operator accounts and perform other functions related to the member accounts.

3. Staff Area

This section is restricted for the committee and the staff of the HeartChat. Using this section they can create new operator accounts and perform other functions related to the member accounts.



4. System Area

This section is restricted for the System operators of the HeartChat. Using this section they can perform operator accounts related functions.



5. Control Area

This section is restricted for the vice admin and admin of the HeartChat. Using this section they can perform operator accounts related functions and modify many functionalities of the chat.

HeartChat Arabic chatters can login using the Arabic Login. The chatters can login only with Arabic characters and numbers from this page. Arabic operators can login from the Arabic Operator panel available in the bottom half of the Arabic login Page. (Click here for Arabic login)
