When the operator nicks expired the complete operator informations will be maintained in the database for a period of 2 months and after which it will be deleted. If the operator nick is a trial operator the informations will be deleted in 1 month.

The operator nicks can be renewed by contacting the Agents(Check Agents) or the Staffs of their respective places. If the Operator nicks is less than Rank 5 it will get upgrades to the respective ranks with respect to the renew periods mentioned in the table below.
