Operators in HeartChat needs a password to login. This password is choosen by them when they signup for the operator account. Operators are completely responsible to keep their password safe and Heartchat will never take responsibility for any loss of password by the operators. Operators are requested not to give their password to anyone in the chat.

If the operator forgets his password they can receive the password in their email by clicking on the forget password link in the login page or by Clicking Here.

If the Operator password is stolen and the current email is changed, operators can contact us through the Contact Us page with some information that can prove that you are the original owner of the nick. If the information proved to be correct, then the password will be reset and send to the original email (The Email which was used when the operator nick was created) of the operator.

HeartChat agents needs separate password to login the agent area. The password for the agent area will be initially given by the admin, and once logged in the agent can change the password from the link given with in the agent area.
