HeartChat has introduced AUTOMATIC UPGRADE SYSTEM which follows the system given below: | Rank | Eligibility | | Rank 1 to Rank 2 | After 10 days since the nick is created | | Rank 2 to Rank 3 | After 25 days since the nick is created | | Rank 3 to Rank 14 | In 45 days since the nick's last upgrade | | Rank 15 to Rank 18 | 1. Should complete 45 days since the nick's last upgrade.
2. Should have chat time of minimum 15 hours in the last 45 days
| | Rank 19 and above | There is no automatic system upgrade for Rank 19 and above. Their upgrades will be decided by the HeartChat UPGRADE COMMITTEE which includes the Staffs, Systems, Vice-admins and Admins. |

| Special Upgrade |
The HeartChat operators between Rank 1 and Rank 15 who are entering the chat for more time will get upgrades automatically by our special AUTOMATIC UPGRADE SYSTEM monthly. The System calculates the chat time of the operators and will upgrade the operator when they reach the time with respect to time required for their ranks for each month. Operators can see their upgrade status through the UPGRADE BAR when they login the chat. When the Upgrade Bar reaches 100% the operator nick will be automatically upgraded to ONE MORE RANK. | Rank | Monthly Time | | 1 | 15 hours monthly | | 2 | 30 hours monthly | | 3 | 45 hours monthly | | 4 | 60 hours monthly | | 5 to 8 | 90 hours monthly | | 9 to 12 | 120 hours monthly | | 13 to 17 | 135 hours monthly |
